Pacquiao proposes P50K minimum salary for frontliners

Presidential aspirant and Senator Manny Pacquiao shared on Tuesday that he intends to raise the minimum wage salary of Filipino frontliners to a minimum of P50,000 following the crisis brought by the COVID-19 pandemic if ever he would be elected as the Philippines' next leader.

In Go Negosyo's Kandidatalks, Pacquiao said the frontliners in the country are currently in a miserable situation and yet they  receive minimal from the government.

Apart from that, he also asserted that he plans to boost the government's COVID-19 vaccination program but will never force the people to be vaccinated.

He added that he will retain the policy on wearing masks to prevent the spread of the virus even if restrictions inside and outside the country have eased.
