Netizens are now admiring the honesty of a Grab driver who returned one of his passenger's expensive gadget which was left inside his car last October 17.
According to Marjun Calo, he found the phone in the backseat at around dawn of that day. He did not hesitate to return it so he found a way to contact the owner which he was able to identify as Clarisse.
“Masaya po [ako] kasi naibalik ko ang [phone niya]. Dapat talaga nating ibalik ang hindi po sa atin,” Calo said.
The phone which cost P60,000 was successfully returned to the passenger's residence in Bonifacio Global City last October 18.
Calo said he always has passengers who often forget their phones and other valuable things inside his car. Nevertheless, he never gets tired returning whatever item he found to their respective owners.
With that, one netizen said, “Trust in humanity... worth to know that there are still honest people.. Kudos.”
