A 13-year-old boy from Biliran province is now viral online after he expressed his gratitude to his mother who cooked a special meal on his birthday in spite of them experiencing a typhoon.
Rodelio Tuella celebrated his birthday last Sunday (April 18), the same day when typhoon Bising poured heavy rains in their place in Barangay Bunga, Cabucgaya, Biliran.
In the Facebook post of Rodelio, he shared some pictures of himself together with the spaghetti which his 52-year-old mother, Nanay Rhea, prepared for his 13th birthday.
With a caption "kahit bagyo may spaghetti pa rin. Salamat Ma," Rodelio's post has now more than 153,000 shares on Facebook.
With his expression of sincere gratitude to his Nanay Rhea, many netizens were touched and also greeted him with a happy birthday. Some even sent some gifts to Rodelio which he can also share to his three older siblings.
