People online became overwhelmed and at the same time sad after seeing some children preparing a simple but meaningful birthday surprise for their beloved father.
Based on the photos shared by Facebook user Melody Silang, the kids were hanging plastic bags filled with air as an alternative for balloons.
The siblings also made a cake out of fried egg since they do not have enough money to buy some other foods and party decorations.
According to Silang, the children are one of her neighbors. They are planning to surprise their father for his birthday once he gets home from work.
"Nakakatatsss naman ang mga kapitbahay ko sapagkat kahit mahirap lamang ang buhay nagawa nilang mag effort para sa kaarawan ng kanilang ama ang plano nila ay isorpresa ang ama pagdating sapagkat nasa trabaho pa ito," said Silang.
"Nakakataba ng puso ang gan’tong mga eksena...sa kadahilanang walang perang pambiling lobo ay nag gawa sila gamit ang plastick labo at sinulatan ng happy birthday papa...at nagawa pa sila ng cake na gawa sa itlog," she added.
With this, the netizens cannot help but to be amazed with the kids’ efforts to celebrate their father's birthday. Some also commended the father for raising kind and resourceful children.
"Happy birthday po. Siguro napakabuti ninyong ama dahil talagag nag-effort [ang] mga anak ninyo," one of the netizens wrote.
