Cyclist arrested after raping homeless woman in sidewalk

 

A cyclist  was arrested by the authorities last Sunday (April 4) after being caught doing sexual abuse to a homeless woman in the sidewalk.

The suspect was recognized by the police as  Wilmor Galario y Gallego.

Gallego became viral  after an evidence video that has captured his disgusting activity to the beggar surfaced online.

Based on the video, the suspect was putting his genital in the victim's mouth. 

When the  people who took the video saw and stopped him, Gallego just walked away and rode his bike as if nothing happened.

It is not clear where the incident happened and how Gallego was arrested by the authorities but as of this moment, he is in the custody of the police and now facing criminal charges for violating Republic Act 8353 or the Anti-Rape Law.
