Actress Rita Daniela surprised a lot of people, including her colleagues, after she announced that she is pregnant with her first child in the GMA variety show “All-Out Sundays.”
Rita made the revelation after her performance in the said show which could be watched again on GMA Network’s YouTube channel.
“I’m so happy and proud to say that I am soon to be a mother. Wala naman po akong planong ilihim ito. Naghanap lang po ako ng tamang oras para sabihin and to share the new blessing in my life,” she said.
The singer also took the opportunity to express her gratitude to the TV network who have been very supportive to her.
On Instagram, Rita shared a picture of her baby bump and a sonogram of her baby.
“My child, you came just in time. You are God’s greatest gift to me. You give me hope to make more dreams COME true. I shall do anything and everything that’s best for you. Always," she captioned.
Based on speculations, the father of Rita's baby is her non showbiz and long-time boyfriend. Meanwhile, her on-screen partner, Ken Chan, is very supportive and proud of her transition to motherhood.
