A tricycle driver from Pasig City is now being lauded by netizens after returning a huge amount of money dropped by one of his passengers in his vehicle.

The great news was shared in social media on Tuesday (May 25) through the live video in Facebook of Mark Gil "Volta" Delos Santos, officer-in-charge of Tricycle Operation and Regulation Office (TORO) of the Pasig City Government.

The driver, Jobert Larisa, was said to return P98,000 to a woman who left it in his tricycle.

According to one of his fellow tricycle drivers, Larisa got scared and nervous when he first saw the money.

"Kinakabahan nga sir, tinawagan ako sa bahay eh. Sabi ko puntahan natin," said a guy who was also in the live video.

The owner of the money did not give any statement during the said video but it is evident to her how thankful she is for having her money back.
