Filipinos will now be given an opportunity to land a job as Jobstreet Philippines, an employment website, will be conducting a virtual career fair from 17th to 21st of February, 2021.
According to Jobstreet.com, more than 55,000 jobs will be offered by over 120 hirers in the upcoming career fair that will be held online.
People who are interested to join can apply as merchandisers, warehouse staff, quality assurance staff, office administrators, dispatchers, HR staffs and managers. Jobs like IT software specialist, IT developers, financial consultants, accountants, engineers, ESL teachers, digital marketers, sales executives, system analysts, customer service representatives and more will also be posted.
Some of the companies that would be hiring in the event are BDO, Aboitiz Construction, Mercedez Benz Group, Yamaha Philippines, LBC Express, Nestle, Universal Robina Corporation, 51Talk, TaskUs, Accenture, and Converge.
During the virtual career fair, a chatbot will be available to facilitate the pre-screening of potential candidates, said Ryan Tordesillas, Jobstreet senior sales manager. There will also be an on-the-spot interview and a live chat control platform that will allow hirers or employers to have direct conversation with several applicants.
